I'm a developmental psychologist with over six years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, adults, and families. My work centers on creating emotionally safe spaces where people can explore themselves, build resilience, and develop at their own pace.
I practice from an integrative framework that draws on psychoanalytic developmental psychology, play therapy, and narrative practices. This means I see therapy as deeply relational—it's not just about addressing symptoms, but about understanding each person's unique story, strengths, and developmental needs. I'm neurodiversity-affirming in my approach and work collaboratively with families and schools to ensure continuity of care.
My clinical experience includes:
I trained at University College London in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology, which deepened my understanding of how early relationships and experiences shape who we become across our entire lives. Currently, I've recently completed a diploma in Narrative Therapy—a collaborative, culturally sensitive approach that centers on people's own stories and agency.
What draws me to this work is witnessing the moment when someone—whether child or adult—feels truly seen and understood, when they discover their own voice and capacity for growth. Whether through play, conversation, or creative exploration, I aim to create a space where that discovery can happen.
If you're considering therapy for yourself or your child and have questions about whether we might be a good fit, please reach out.
